WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer store credit & exchanges on eligible items. All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. 

To be eligible for return, swimwear & accessories must meet the following conditions:


-  Items must be unwashed, unworn, with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Items must be in their original condition, including original packaging.

- For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear — returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, tampering, or are soiled/stained.

All hygiene stickers and swing tags must remain attached and intact.


We reserve the right to refuse any return where items do not comply with these conditions or are deemed unsaleable. This includes instances where we have reasonable grounds to believe an item has been tampered with, intentionally damaged, or otherwise manipulated in an attempt to obtain a refund or replacement without legitimate cause. In such cases, the item will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


Please note: Sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for return. This includes items purchased with a discount of 15% or more. First Welcome Offer purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

IS IT EASY TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Yes! Simply fill out the subject fields & select the items for return. You will then be prompted with shipping guidelines via email once the return request is approved. Please click here to be begin your return.

ARE THERE RETURN COSTS?

Return postage is at the expense of the customer although, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of your new parcel that will be delivered to you.


Please Note; Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Yes, these items do follow the same conditions of any returned items for approval. They must be; unwashed, unworn with tags & liners still in tact. 


 All items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE?

Non-Exchangeable items include; Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code above 15%, PR gifting or promotional items with retail value as well as, items that have been worn or are soiled/stained without tags and liners.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RETURN IS NOT APPROVED?

Any items not in original condition will be issued back to you via our returns team. Shipping costs will be the the customers responsibility.
