What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via AUSPOST offering both standard and express options. Depending on your selected delivery method delivery times may vary. 

Please note: We do not deliver to PO boxes so ensure you provide your preferred delivery address at checkout. 


Base costs are between $6-$25 depending on location.


Free Shipping is available on all orders over $180.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are usually delivered between 2-17 days depending on your shipping option selected at checkout. Head to checkout to be prompted with the shipping options available to your respective delivery location. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, you can purchase our pieces no matter your location. Shipping options for your respective location are available at checkout, please contact out team if you incur any issues...

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched a shipping confirmation email will include tracking details. Simply click on the link provided to track your order.

Can I change my order?

If you have made a mistake at checkout please contact us at info@cultira.com immediately. Note once orders have been dispatched by our team we will not be able to make changes to your order. We cannot cancel orders that have been confirmed in our system.

My parcel is taking longer than expected, what should I do?

During busy periods orders transit may take longer than expected. Please note this is out of control of Cultira Swim and cannot be held responsible. In this case please use your tracking and reach out to the carrier initially provided to receive further updates. If any queries persist please do not hesitate to contact us at info@cultira.com

What happens if my parcel is lost?

In these circumstance we encourage you to reach out to to the shipping carriers referred via your tracking details, they will be able to provide you with the most recent updates on your package. If any queries persist please contact us at info@cultira.com

What do I do if my store credit or promo code doesn’t work?

For any issues regarding store credits please contact us at info@cultira.com. Any promotional codes no longer active will not be able to be applied to current orders upon checkout.

Taxes & Duties;

Please note Cultira is not responsible for any custom charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order. 


Note: there are NO customs duties incurred on parcels within Australia.
